I contacted Chucks to have my duct work cleaned. I have a forced hot air system and I am not sure if it had ever been cleaned before. Tyler came over to give me an estimate. Tyler laid out the scope of the work and was easy to talk with. We scheduled the cleaning and two employees came over to do the work. They, like Tyler, were courteous, considerate, and skilled at their work. I am always interested the process of things and they took the time to explain the cleaning process in detail. There was an immediate improvement in air quality after the cleaning and they did a great job in clean up after the work was finished.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chucks to anyone with any heating/cleaning issues.
I was very satisfied.
