Woke up to a freezing cold house, no heat. Not something you want to encounter in the middle of winter. VT Gas came out & explained my furnace was cracked & I needed a new one. I instantly called Chuck’s & they sent Troy right out with space heaters & provided a quote/options on what it would take to get me up & running again. It was their busiest time of the year, but they worked me into their schedule & within a few days I had a new furnace & heat again. Jason & Dan were great, so professional, hard working & such nice people to work with. They worked almost 9 plus hours straight to rip out the old furnace, hook up the new furnace which needed new piping, wiring, venting etc… It was remarkable. I would recommend Chuck’s 100%, they’ll treat you like family & get the job done!
